Q: Will it hurt my dog to get a saliva sample?

A: No, It is a sterile flocked swab (like a Q-tip) that we swirl around the inner cheek for 20 seconds to collect the saliva sample.

Q: Will you use my dogs DNA for anything else other then the PawzLife program?

A: No, we take this question very seriously, we will NOT use your dogs DNA for anything else other then our program.

Q: What if it is dark out and I can’t see where my pup went potty?

A: It is your responsibility to bring a flashlight to ensure you can see what you are cleaning up.

Q: What if someone else is walking my dog like my boyfriend, girlfriend, family or my kids?

A: It is your responsibility to inform whoever is in control of your dog what the rules are concerning dog waste clean up. If a match is made to your dog it does not matter WHO was walking them at the time, you will be fined.

Q: What if it is really bad weather?

A: Once the weather gets better go back out and pick it up.
